Tropical hardwood (said to be ipe) deck tiles with interlocking plastic frames underneath. These are not the cheapies from IKEA (made with shorter strips and thinner material), but are made by International EcoWoods S.R.L. The 2 7/8" x 11 7/8" wood strips are 5/8" thick. I've had these tiles on our deck at home for at least 18 years, and they're still doing the job. I think we paid $12 a tile when we got them. These still look like they have plenty of life left in them. Price is per 12" x 12" tile. If you buy at least 50 tiles, you can have as many cut offs as you want--FREE of charge.
