Fabulous Outdoor Coffee Table

My husband and I have been landscaping and working on our backyard for about 10 years. We often go to Second Use for inspiration. One day, we discovered a beautiful piece of marble that was all cut in a fancy pattern around the edges, but it had a tiny crack in it. It was on sale, so we thought the price was right, and we could make a one-of-a-kind item for our yard and have a nice place to drink coffee and enjoy our garden. We purchased the marble and then a couple of fireplace grates for the legs. He glued a piece of 3/4 inch plywood on the back (the biggest challenge) and then screwed the grates in to the plywood. The table is beautiful, and we get compliments from everyone who has seen it.
