We sell a wide range of used building materials. If it is reusable, and demand exists we probably stock it, or have seen it in the recent past. Almost anything and everything you might find at a home improvement warehouse or lumberyard is fair game. Lumber and nails, toilets and roofing, cabinets and doorknobs.

We also carry many vintage, one-of-a-kind, and discontinued items that you will never find at your local mega-hardware depot. From turn of the century claw foot bathtubs and antique light fixtures, to vintage moulding and old growth full dimension lumber we are the place.

Our mission is to divert waste. Thus, our prices are designed to sell the material quickly. The faster we make space in the warehouse the more we can divert. Most contemporary items are priced 30-60% less than new items of equivalent quality. Even our one of a kind architectural antiques are usually a fraction of what they would sell for in "boutiques" across town.
