New, never installed primed melamine veneer exterior five panel door with Shaker style panels. The door has left hand hinge cuts, and is cut for mortise handle/knob and lock hardware. Likely a misorder, return, or factory second. May have minor cosmetic damage, if there is significant damage we will be sure to highlight it in photos. There is a chunk of damage between the cut for knob and the third panel down, Price reflects.
