Ca. 1957 Crane "Elayne" model lav sink with original Crane faucet, hudee rim & clips. Although this sink was probably intended to undermount, tile over or use with the hudee rim, it looks to me like you could use it as a drop in as well since the three visible edges are finished & extend about 5/8" from the main body of the sink. The back is not finished. There is a small crack on the underside of the sink near the Crane logo (see photos). There is some very minor staining in a couple spots in the bowl, but I think some mild abrassive powder or Whink would take it out. This faucet may not comply with current EPA lead-free plumbing regulations.  Non-compliant fixtures are illegal to sell for potable water services or where human consumption is anticipated.  Please visit epa.gov for more information.
