1900s Arts & Crafts Chandelier
A gorgeous Arts and Crafts gas/electric transitional period chandelier. Has four grimacing monk faces decorating the urn shaped body. Has four mission style arms with candle sockets pointing upwards that have replaced the old gas light candles, and four downward pointing shades with etched stars. There are no markings on this light, but the monks were a motif used by Bradley & Hubbard Company in the late 1800 until around 1905. Unfortunately, the original slag glass shades are not around anymore, but reproductions are available if you wanted to make this light look closer to how it looked originally. The lack of original shades is reflected in the price. Restored in-house
