Put the item on hold

We accept holds via phone, voicemail, and email. During open hours, it’s always best to get in touch with a live person over the phone, but we will be accepting holds over email and voicemail even during our closed hours. These holds are processed in the order received each morning. Things to know when placing a hold:

  • Call or email the store where the item you wish to purchase is located.
  • You must include your full name, phone number, and item numbers you are interested in.

Our phones do not accept text messages. Your hold is not in place until we confirm it with you. You will receive a confirmation once your hold is in our system.

Come to the store today

Our retail stores are open to the public Monday-Saturday (9:30AM-5:30PM). If you see an item you like, come on down and browse in person- but don’t forget to put it on hold if you’ve become attached!
