Double Helix Spiral Staircase
Beautifully built double helix fir spiral staircase from a 1970s luxury home in Gig Harbor. Not to code for the spindles or risers, but the simple yet elegant design could readily be modified for contemporary use. The columns are shaped and laminated fir, glued into a double helix beneath a nearly finished black coat of paint. This section is part of a larger staircase between three levels of the home. Could stand on its own or be incorporated into a larger staircase. New spirals in this price range are of drastically lower quality so snatch this up while you can!
The dimensions listed for this are for its overall height and width. This stairwell does come with spare paint to match and a can of stain, as well as 33 extra railings and a box of lag bolts that could be used for installation.
