A vintage wooden column from a local Tacoma home, in good condition for its age! Appears to have no obvious rot after our inspection, and while we do not recommend this be used as a load bearing pillar it would make a great accent pillar on your front porch! This column is unfortunately missing it's cap but does still have what seems to be it's original base. There are two notches in this, see photos, where supports had been attached. They do not seem to effect the structural integrity of the pillar. The base of the pillar is 9 3/4" by 9 3/4" with the actual diameter of the round being 8".
