Guessing the antique brass finish with lightly smoked glass was made in the 70's. Tag in side says "Isglo Lamps, So. El Monte, California", which I'm not sure is the maker or possibly retailer as there is no web presence of either. There is a Los Angeles Lighting Manufacturing Co. in El Monte. Still a cool looking light. I put three 15 watt equivalent LED bulbs in it just to make sure it works.
