Locally milled and kiln dried. This behemoth has extremely tight grain and very flat. But milled dead over the heart, so it has somew center checking which will need to be butterflied or stabilized. One live edge has a little bit of dry rot. Amazing slab for a show-stopper bar/island or to bisect into two mantels!
