Vintage Two-Man Bucking Saw

$ 215.00

72" Lance tooth crosscut saw. This vintage two-man saw is an iconic member of the logging industry's arsenal of tools. Known colloquially as 'Misery Whips', at the height of their age these saw action in forests across the PNW and are fascinating artifacts from our local history. The shape of the blade makes us think it was probably used for bucking trees that had already been cut down. Still has both handles still attached, this would make a fantastic piece of wall art for your cabin, bar or storefront!
