Vint. Wheel Chair Project

This vintage wheel chair would be a project to get back in working order, but the frame still seems solid, and I think we could get the price being asked for the wheels alone. The rattan seat is gone and has been covered by plywood with cushion on top. The foot rest looks like it was broken off, but looks like it could be repaired.
