Vintage cast iron vessel that looks like a roasting pan, but has an ornately designed open top (rather than lid) for letting moisture out into the air---like what you'd need if you were in North Dakota in the winter-probably not so much in a Seattle winter, but it could make a great planter. The inside is pretty rusty. There is no name on it or gate mark, so pretty sure it's newer & imported.
