5′ Cast Iron Spiral Staircase
Antique cast iron spiral staircase unit that was said to come from a flour mill that used to be on Harbor Island or just south of it off W. Marginal Way. Purchased from McFarland Wrecking (now DemoMan) many years ago. Has eleven treads and one landing. Each have a 9 1/2" rise. The height listed is using all twelve pieces. You could not use them all for a shorter stairway. The treads and landing mount on a currently not included, 4 1/2" outside diameter pieces of pipe. There are also seven "outside spacers" included, but you'll need to come up with a few more to finish the run. These spacers attach to the back of the tread below and the front of the tread above. They're just 1 1/2" x 3/8" x 11 1/2" long strap steel with holes drilled an inch in from both ends. Also includes a lightish duty aluminum railing that would attach to seven of the steps.
