Locally milled and kiln dried. Rough sawn a true 1"x12" - 13ft long. This old Cedar tree was taken out of a residential area when a new development was built. Tighter grain than you will find at your local lumber yard. 1x12-12ft boards currently retail for a whopping $21 per linear foot!!!!!!! ***Has two small knots on one side.
