Two solid brass (not brass finish on steel), 3" hinges that look like they were never used, but there are no screws included. Made by Kinney in U.S.A. Looks like they retail for $21 per hinge when found online and you can order different finial options. Item may have cosmetic damage.  Photo may be representational.
