Solid core overheight slab door with a nice professional cream colored paint job and some less common hardware installed. The hinges have a wide range of articulation and there is no latch on the knobside. I believe this was a room divider or possibly a butler style door as it has a similar movement to a traditional pinned pre-hung butler door.
