Locally milled and kiln dried. Has very tight grain and only a few very small knots. Has a fair amount of checking.. price reflects. Would be a fantastic slab to put butterfly joints to stabilize. Really is a stunning looking slab of Fir. Will need to be planed, one edge is 1.75" thick the other is 1.375"
