The interior of the reservoir could use a rinse but it doesn't smell noxious or look uncared for. Screw cap included. The SHURflo pump has a car lighter power jack on an extra long cable, pumps 1.8GPM, draws 12V. The Carlisle tires are "Turf-Savers" and look barely used.
