A lovely example of a 'Liberty Hatch'. These hatches are the last true wooden hatch covers that were made specifically for Liberty Ships in WWII. They were built into the floors of the ship, of which there were only 2710 of. This relic can't wait to live the rest of it's life as your new coffee table top!
