As it is, it appears complete; the cover needs to be reinserted in its coiled housing and you will need to acquire appropriate fasteners to secure it to your rig. Retrax brand covers sell for over a $1000 on average, this one is a screaming deal if you are able to put a little effort into rehabbing it.
