It feels as though this gnarly shop cabinet has quite a story to tell. On the surface, it's worn and slap-dashed-ly painted with a hearty laminate top thrown on. Some of the trim is missing on the drawer faces, the inside shelf is a little beat, and where there were once two drawers is now just one false drawer face. However, it seems like this was once a pretty spectacular cabinet. I believe the faces are walnut underneath the white paint, there are some really handy pull out trays behind the doors, and perhaps the original porcelain and brass knobs are still attached. As is, this would be one heck of a shop cabinet. BUT. If you are determined to find a challenging and gratifying refurbish project to get you through the winter this could be just the piece.
