Live edge teredo slab curves from 21" wide to 23". Locally milled & kiln dried, reclaimed, old growth timber that was formerly submerged in local saltwaters & used in the Pacific Northwest timber transport trade. Traces of life long gone can seen here, from the beautiful channels left behind by the seafaring teredo clam to the tiny punctuations of the gribbles who settle in afterward - the handiwork of annelids, mollusks and arthropods have all been made visible. Sanded to 220 grit on one face.
