I can't lie, this is the coolest trunk I've ever seen. It's got handmade nails, 16" strap hinges, a big skeleton key, and even an original shipping tag for Seattle, Washington! Inside the chest is a 19" x 7" box with a hinged lid for your smaller items. A nice set of legs elevates this trunk to coffee table height and the locking mechanism works great so you can entertain your guests while hiding your valuables. Unlike many antique trunks, this appears to only have one or two coats of brown paint. There's expected wear and tear for its age, but all in all this thing is ready to adorn your living room.
