This gooseneck exterior wall sconce with enameled steel shade was made by Barn Light Electric Co. It looks like someone took it out of the box, assembled it, and decided they didn't like it. White shade with black goose neck and accents. Similar lights on their website start at $400 each. Item may have cosmetic damage.  Photo may be representational.
