Finish Grade Bamboo Counter/Table Top

Double thickness, finish grade bamboo ?plywood? that was probably a table top since it has finished edges all around, but could make two countertops if split in half. There is a 1 3/4" center hole. It does have I bolts joining four equal sized (29 3/4" x 59 3/4") quarters together (see photos).
