Beefy 2013 Cook brand fan for a shop type environment with four flanges for mounting it to the ceiling or wall. We wired this up and tested it out in receiving and found that it operates really well and runs quietly, to boot, but the range of speed adjustment feels pretty limited. This unit is .167 HP, 115 volt , 1550 rpms. Part of the plastic power knobs is broken but the knob is still usable and could be replaced, price reflects.
