Vintage, green enameled steel light that's been painted white. Has a switch and electrical box attached to the top of the fixture with a cord coming out the side of it. Works fine. Even has an eye loop at the top of the electrical box to hang it. Put a plug on the cord and hang it from your shop ceiling outlet. The inside of the shade is threaded if you can find a 6" diameter glass or plastic globe to install. Came in without one.
