Antique Egg Brooder

$ 245.00

Happy New Year to all you poultry folk!

Whether you're looking to amputate and coffee-tabulate this handsome contraption, or want to do right by it and fill it with eggs as it was wont to do in days past, this Antique McClanahan's Egg Incubator/Brooder from Eugene, OR. is a beaut' & will do right by you.

On four seemingly original, lathe turned legs, its windowed brood boxes and 2 drawers would lend themselves nicely to board games, portfolios, scrapbooks, photo albums, Herb Ritts Anthologies... or eggs.

This piece has some great details, hearkening back to times when things were made to be used, and with them, some areas that will take some modern ingenuity. It has porcelain pulls on the pulling parts, and iron rosettes behind the swivel latches, that take 4 screws to hold them in place.

For its age, this thing is in GREAT shape, down to the company logo complete with photo.
