After many years of faithful service, this rolling cart is retiring from Second Use; hopefully going on to better places! Still rolls well and the plywood surround is pretty structural and the rust is mostly just on the surface. Could use some cosmetic TLC if that matters to you, but is otherwise ready to roll.
