It's difficult to say whether this is intentional or if someone just had a rough go of it while experimenting with a texture sprayer. Regardless, this oil rubbed bronze pendant light now features chaotic (or shall we say artistic?) white speckling on the stem and top of the shade. If it's not your look I have a feeling it won't take more than 30 minutes and a little moxie to clean it up. Suitable for damp locations.
