Vintage Barteaux Machete

This vintage Barteaux machete has a bit of rust on the blade, but beneath that is an incredible piece waiting to be restored. The aluminum handle is in excellent shape and the 18" blade is high quality, thick steel. Barteaux eventually changed the handle design to better protect the wielder, so this particular machete likely dates back to the late 1940s or early 1950s.
