Good news for glass lovers– a Dale Chihuly art museum is coming to the Seattle Center. Bad news for people who love historic nonprofits– after nearly 50 years, the Northwest Craft Center is getting bumped out of its location. The nonprofit hosts the work of artists in ceramics, jewelry, sculpture, glass, wood and much more. Along with the Northwest Craft Center, its display materials must go, too.
As seen below, there are all different kinds of display furniture, along with some sculpture stands, up for grabs. They date back to 1963 and are in great condition. Everything must go by the end of the year. The prices? “Make an offer,” says Northwest Craft Center’s Leslie Campbell. To make an offer, for more information, or to see the pieces in person, contact Campbell at [email protected].
So get some beautiful furniture for your home or business, help out a nonprofit that could use the help, and keep with Second Use’s mission to divert reusable materials from the landfills. Win, win, win!
