This slab was locally milled from an heirloom Maple tree that grew on the grounds of Foster Golf Links in Tukwila. Has cured in dry storage for over a decade. The tree had been storm damaged too many times over the years and had to be taken down. The whole tree was incredibly figured and developed some crazy spalting. At the time it was the oldest Maple in Tukwila. This slab has been planed flat.

The width tapers from about 10 inches and has an overall length of 33.5 inches with a thickness of 7/8 inches.
