This is a vintage Detecto brand hanging scale with a maximum weight capacity of 200 Ibs. It's dated from the 1950s, is still in great condition, and is a really cool piece of industrial history from a brand that has long since changed. This comes from Tacoma's own Willits Brothers Canoe Co. Makers of a highly sought after "double planked" canoe design that was constructed until the mid 60s. Very cool piece of Pierce County industrial, and canoe building history. Now ready to help bend some wood planks or even composite decking material. Learn more about it here!
