Not too often do we see "artist proof" prints in our store so these are something special. Artist Proof prints are specifically made as a copy for the artist themselves so we are fortunate to have this. This is a print of a U.S. Mail seaplane, docked and sitting in the water with three friendly seagulls in front. Signed in pencil in the bottom left corner "Artist Proof/ Ken Johnson" with a model number of the plane B-1 and the year 1919 on the bottom left corner. Not only is it a lovely print it also sits in a gorgeous metal frame with a shiny bronze hue.
