This model 28-3X5 vertical bandsaw was functional when replaced by Pratt Fine Arts School and put into storage for a while. The blade welder that was attached to the front was removed. This saw is sold untested due to us not having 3 phase power in our building to test it. Everything spins freely as it should. Looking at some auctions these saws sell for an average of $2k!!!
