The finished end past the sink opening is angled. The length listed is from unfinished edge to the front (shorter) edge opposite. From the back corner to that edge is 94 3/8". From corner to back return edge is 58". The ~28 3/4" x 17 3/4" sink opening is finished for an undermount sink. You could get about 18" of straight, finished front edge from the return 25 3/4" deep return. There's ~62" of finished edge in front of the sink.
