Vintage Sparton Radio Cabinet
$ 125.00 $ 95.00
A model 7BW46PA Sparton radio and record player cabinet with all of its guts. It's in decent shape- it'll definitely need some refinishing, to be sure, but seems to structurally be in good shape- hell, there aren't even any major dings or scratches, which, if radio cabinet from the 1940s just needs some revarnishing, that's pretty great shape for its age. It receives power and seems to process it properly, we got some static from the radio when tested (might need new tubes?), but I'm not sure if it came from the short wave band, the police band, or the broadcast band. Unsure whether or not the turntable works, it looks to have its parts (and maintains a sleek art deco style), but probably needs a new needle, at the very least. The turntable is mounted to a pull-out drawer near the top, while the radio controls are beneath a swing-top door. There are also two vertical storage cubbies for records on the bottom, on either side of the speakers.
