Really cute 1930's Hallophane frosted & ribbed manganese shade in a off-white new old stock semi-flush mount fitter, the paint has some minor blemishes but the wiring is excellent. Virtually all American made glass companies used manganese dioxide in their formulas prior to 1915 and some well into the late 1930's. As manganese is exposed to UV light, it starts to purple very slowly over time.
