It features a Mother of pearl button with a nickel setting ring measuring 3/4" in diameter in the center of a (presumably nickel plated) brass plate that has many layers of paint. Made by Arrow. Easy enough to clean off and shine up. If you have no servants to call upon, perhaps you could repurpose into something really cool and impressive!
