Extra wide flush face birch solid core door in a jamb. This was used in a interior commercial application, but is exterior thickness and probably would hold up fine outdoors. It does have holes up that top where a closer once was installed. Has offset, face mount hinges. The bottom of the hinge side jamb was nearly cut through in the extraction process. Price reflects.
