The S4009 HTL Ultimate 2-D Hinge is a heavy steel set hinge made by Hoppe which can be vertically adjusted. This is supposed to be installed along with two guide hinges (not included) that can be vertically adjusted. This webpage has helpful info and a video about installation. A single hinge retails there for a whopping $62.00! This one is powdercoated white.
