An upcycled creation by an inventive veteran, this is a brass oil lamp with a bit of recycled material- the stand/holder is the shell of a 1944 105mm Howitzer round, it even has the firing pin still. Seems like someone had a bit of a sense of humor- or danger, using the shell of an explosive to hold an oil-burning lamp.
