The reason we ended up with this brand new Patisol awning is because the person who bought it had a wood wall, and it's specifically made for use on a concrete or brick wall. You've been advised. Was told it retailed for over $900. Comes with hardware pack, manual crank and paperwork. Dimensions are an approximate conversion from the metric ones in the manual.
