A very old drying rack that could be mounted to a wall in a similar fashion to an ironing board. It looks like it might be usable for some light garments, but a few of its hanging arms have fallen away and been broken over the years, though replacing them seems to be pretty simple. At some point, an owner painted it a nice mint green color that now has some decades of aesthetic wear to it- this paint likely contains some amount of lead.
