When you power it on, the seat, the pedals, and the handlebars all begin moving up and down and around, it essentially does the workout for you! It's in great shape; the chrome is polished, the mpaint is in great condition, and everything that needs to move does so smoothly. And don't worry about trying to move it- it's made of steel and is pretty heavy, but it's on four casters for easier relocation! It was tested in-house at our receiving department and appeared to function.
