A stylish art deco radio made by Zenith circa 1946! This is the AM-only broadcast model No.6G001Y, and here's a page where you can read about it if you like that sorta thing! This unit came on when we plugged it in and caught just a teeeeny bit of static after warming up for a minute. It's in a good starting place for a restoration project! The case is a little rough, with a bald spot on the front lower left corner, and the back panel needs its hinges reattached.
