Henry Ketting Olivier was an artist known for his landscapes with ties around the world, he was born in Indonesia, studied in the Netherlands and the United States. He was a renowned art teacher for years after emigrating to the US after WWII. This is an original of his on canvas titled "Dockside Chores" depicting a busy work day on the docks with men working on a boat against a sunny day on the water.
